Job description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Food Service Directror is responsable for the overseeing of multiple Food Service Operation Accounts in multiple locations. You will lead and manage a TEAM of employees as well as being resposnsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account and talent aquisition and development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with Facility FSD to Operate each Dining Department in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with the maximuim value for dollars spent.
- Directs and conducts safety, sanitation and manitnence audits.
- Ensures adhearance to all Facility, Local, State and Federal Regulations.
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients, other deparmtent heads, patients, guests within the community
- Promotes the professional growth and developement if the enitre TEAM.
- Fosters strong professioinal. positive outcome driven atmosphere with all the FSD's, DSA's
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years proven leadership esperince in multi-unit setting.
- Current CDM and Servsafe Certifications
- Strong knowledge of current food trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation.
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.
- Must be forward thinking, proactive and the face of Pinnacle Dietary Global.
- Covid Vaccine, Physical exam and PPD test require.
