Job description

This position is responsible for fulfilling project and proposal roles and providing engineering management and supervision for the regional team. This position is also responsible for hiring, success planning, training, project performance supervision, and proposal review by performing the following duties.

1. Project execution to include budgets, schedule coordination and resource assignments.

2. Sales support to include customer relations, proposal resource assignments and proposal reviews.

3. Team development to include hiring, success planning and training to meet company objectives.

This role is a work from home, but this individual needs to reside in the areas of: Charleston, SC, Huntsville, AL or Charlotte, NC. Some travel is required.

Salary: $185,000/year plus quarterly incentive bonus.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

• 7+ years P/L responsibility experience
• Proven leadership experience building out a territory or region for a services business.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS PREFERRED

• Previous experience in manufacturing, automation, and hardware engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $185,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
