The Regional Facility Director is responsible for maintaining all properties owned and managed by Michaels Management Affordable, located throughout Wisconsin. This position is responsible for identifying property facility’s needs, generating Request For Proposals (RFPs), soliciting contractors, overseeing renovation and capital improvement projects, ensuring that all projects and capital improvements are completed within quality standards, on time, within budget and with internal and external communication that meets best practices. Additional responsibilities include coordination with the appropriate operations leadership and senior leadership within Michaels Management Affordable, as well as external stakeholders.
