Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include:
- Manage a team of corporate office leasing agents in various locations and foster an engaging and positive work environment that motivates to produce high-quality results.
- Review weekly traffic, exposure, and occupancy reports to proactively identify where training opportunities or rent adjustments are needed to achieve performance goals.
- Propose pricing adjustments as needed by monitoring traffic, competitor rents, and supply and demand.
- Assemble and analyze market surveys, Craigslist ads, Zillow, Apartments.com and other advertising for performance and effectiveness.
- Manage social media for rent postings, reputation management for the leasing team, and Zillow and related service contracts.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy and reduce days vacant through the portfolios.
- Ensure overall productivity, accuracy, and compliance of the department.
- Evaluate processes and procedures to make recommendations for change to improve internal and external efficiencies.
- Provide regular department performance updates to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Coordinate outreach marketing events and meetings with preferred employers and local businesses.
- Build the company image by cultivating relationships with influential companies and figures throughout the area, and through attending networking events and relevant industry events.
