Title: Relocation and Leasing Manager
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay Rate: $65,000-85,000/year

Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include:

• Manage a team of corporate office leasing agents in various locations and foster an engaging and positive work environment that motivates to produce high-quality results.
• Review weekly traffic, exposure, and occupancy reports to proactively identify where training opportunities or rent adjustments are needed to achieve performance goals.
• Propose pricing adjustments as needed by monitoring traffic, competitor rents, and supply and demand.
• Assemble and analyze market surveys, Craigslist ads, Zillow, Apartments.com and other advertising for performance and effectiveness.
• Manage social media for rent postings, reputation management for the leasing team, and Zillow and related service contracts.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy and reduce days vacant through the portfolios.
• Ensure overall productivity, accuracy, and compliance of the department.
• Evaluate processes and procedures to make recommendations for change to improve internal and external efficiencies.
• Provide regular department performance updates to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Coordinate outreach marketing events and meetings with preferred employers and local businesses.
• Build the company image by cultivating relationships with influential companies and figures throughout the area, and through attending networking events and relevant industry events.
