THE OPPORTUNITY

The Regional Medical Assistant provides high-quality preventative healthcare to our members and will float to our clinics located in Central West Region (Largo). This position will be traveling to these other clinics to assist in covering and are expected to be able to go to other clinics as needed. Your base location would be the location closest to your home. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position (guaranteed 40 hours per week). You will collaborate with physicians and office staff to devise innovative solutions to improve the quality of healthcare delivery. You will leverage direct communication with patients and physicians, possess an incredibly caring attitude, and utilize our in-house technology platform to accomplish these goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Four years or more of clinical experience
• Experience working with geriatric populations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and caring demeanor
• Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent ability to organize and follow-up
