Job Summary:

This position will lead S&OP supply validation of Region North America ensuring required customer service level, appropriate inventory levels and production master plan. Identify and follow measures in close cooperation with related colleagues in production and procurement to achieve targets. Interacting with suppliers, align FC and ensure supply.

Primary Responsibilities:

Supply Validation Manager

  • Lead Regional Supply Validation process within framework of global S&OP process

on monthly basis.

  • Identify gaps to reach regional and corporate targets in the framework of S&OP and

establish and lead needed measures to close the gaps.

  • Close cooperation with regional and local management to utilize S&OP process and

needed actions with different involved departments.

  • Lead Risk assessment of input-factors of S&OP processProcesses
  • Establish S&OP standards and processes within region.
  • Govern local supply validation meeting and support establishing S&OP know how and expertise within the region.
  • Establish/manage the supplier forecasting process making it sure that the different locations are properly forecasting key suppliers.
  • Establish/manage a process to identify part shortages and ensure that sourcing managers and local buyers are working together to solve issues.
  • Ensure that locations are using selected carries for the different transportation models, as defined by global and local procurement/logistic teams.
  • Establish key figures.

System

  • Support development of global, regional and local S&OP process.
  • Support/develop KPI’s for the region.
  • Other duties assigned by your manager.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in supply chain management or a similar oriented degree.
  • >5 years work experience in SCM in a global organization.
  • >2 years of Leadership experience.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management & especially in S&OP.
  • Experience with matrix organizations.
  • High level of interpersonal and intercultural skills combined.
  • Project management skills.
  • Very accurate and structured way of working and presenting.
