Power Unlimited is Solar company and we’re currently looking for an experienced and high-energy Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding, training, and supporting new team lead/Solar Sales Consultant as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
- Establish clear sales objectives for each team member
- Create a distinct sales process and marketing strategies for sales managers and reps to follow
- Educate sales team on new or upcoming products and services
- Continually monitor and track regional sales performance
- Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management
- Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships
- Assist the VP/ Director of Sales with helping the organization reaches its goals.
- Setup online presence and handle incoming leads
- Develop territories in state/region
- Assign territories to lead reps weekly
- Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
- Overseeing daily operations and setting performance objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,152.00 - $200,000.00 per year
