Power Unlimited is Solar company and we’re currently looking for an experienced and high-energy Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding, training, and supporting new team lead/Solar Sales Consultant as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
  • Establish clear sales objectives for each team member
  • Create a distinct sales process and marketing strategies for sales managers and reps to follow
  • Educate sales team on new or upcoming products and services
  • Continually monitor and track regional sales performance
  • Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management
  • Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships
  • Assist the VP/ Director of Sales with helping the organization reaches its goals.
  • Setup online presence and handle incoming leads
  • Develop territories in state/region
  • Assign territories to lead reps weekly
  • Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
  • Overseeing daily operations and setting performance objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,152.00 - $200,000.00 per year
