Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Vice President to oversee four of our California joint ventures; including the launch of new-to-market Upward Title & Closing companies. As a Regional Vice President and company leader, you are equally skilled at partner, people, and profitability management.

This role will report into Anywhere Integrated Services’ California President, and participate as a senior member of the California senior leadership team. You will oversee seven existing offices, including both escrow teams and sales managers throughout Southern and Northern California. Your initial focus will be the launch of two new title companies; including strategic planning, recruiting, team building, and office expansion.

The ideal candidate for this role is extremely comfortable with partnering with these four companies’ Board of Directors; comprised of some of the largest broker-owners in California. This candidate will gather input and feedback from our partners to manage the entity to success in both revenue growth and customer service. This role will pay base compensation and competitive, performance-based commission.

Who you are:
  • Strategic leader focused on managing branch profitability and forming strong opinions on the prudent investments required to establish Upward Title & Closing in the market.
  • Strong listener, recognizing and adapting to our key partners’ priorities, preferences, and communication styles – especially when collecting input on business growth and customer service escalations.
  • Proven track record of building revenue through the development of a professional sales team.
  • Proven experience in leading projects requiring complicated decision making and demonstrated strong change management principles.
  • Progressive experience in leading employees and significant experience developing and implementing solutions.
  • Possesses problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.
  • Results oriented and solution thinking with time management and project management skills.
  • Displays leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing a P&L with positive results.
  • Must demonstrate a professional, articulate and self-motivated demeanor with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to effectively interact with all levels of employees, management, brokers and key stakeholders and use sound judgment to prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Excited about playing a role in building and growing a brand-new company.

Your responsibilities:
  • Executive Leader: Execute the launch and growth plans of 20+ luxury-oriented offices across the state of California, focused on the San Francisco and Los Angeles areas. Monitor investment and expenses to lead both new four companies to rapid profitability.
  • Tactical Operator: Manage a team of Escrow and Title professionals working at multiple locations, promote principles that inspire a high level of responsibility and success, and ensure that all escrow operations are running proficiently to uphold the maximum level of productivity while ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided to agents, sellers and homebuyers.
  • Relationship and Business Builder: Build and enhance relationships with our brokerage partners, earning their confidence and trust in order to create opportunities for business development and growth. Leadership of Quarterly Advisory Committee meetings and ongoing collaborative planning.
  • Finding a Better Way: Embody an entrepreneurial mindset within our Fortune 500 company, partnering with functional and operational colleagues to improve processes and customer experiences.
  • Talent builder: Passionate about hiring, developing and retaining a high performing team. Delegating, auditing work, answering questions and providing regular feedback.

Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: A strong leader with the competencies noted is the most important work experience necessary for this role. Leadership experience in a real estate or related industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Communications skills: Extremely strong written and verbal skills, including preparation and leadership of our quarterly Advisory Committee Meetings.
