We are seeking a Registered Nurse Lead to join our Buckeye Outpatient Clinic. This location provides mental health treatments, including medication monitoring and assistance for persons with addictions.

The Registered Nurse will work in-office. This schedule will be available Monday-Friday, standard business hours (no evenings, weekends or holidays).

Job Preview at a Glance:

The RN serves as a central support within the interdisciplinary sites team. This staff member is responsible for performing nursing assessments, accepting & overseeing medication orders, maintaining medication records, and coordinating medical care.

Responsibilities:

• Completes a nursing assessment on all members
• Manages and monitors care of members
• Identifies need for medical attention, alerts physician of medical concerns and coordinates referrals
• Works closely with Program Coordinator and/or Director on treatment and discharge planning
• Consults with psychiatrist/primary care provider, obtains orders from psychiatrist/primary care provider and executes them

• Provides accurate documentation of contact with members

Qualifications:

• Licensed in the State of Arizona as an RN
• Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card
