Job description
A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse to join their Premium Float Team. This newly created team offers the opportunity to use and expand your diverse clinical skillset and competencies in various acute care settings. In this role, you will float between all units based on staffing needs and provide direct patient care. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
- Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medications to patients as directed.
Qualifications:
- An ADN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- 1+ years of clinical experience.
- BLS certification.
Additional info:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Two shifts available; 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- Pays $52/hr.
