Beacon Health Management is a small business in Long Term Care, Post Acute and Rehab.
We're looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse who is ready to roll up their sleeves and tackle our residents' physical, mental and emotional needs. We need a Licensed Practical Nurse who is prepared to work in an environment where the demands of the job can be exhausting, but the rewards of visiting with residents, reading stories and playing board games are immeasurable.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patient's medical conditions.
- Collect and record data, such as vital signs and changes in patient's condition.
- Adjust treatment based on health care provider's requests or changes in patient's condition.
- Prepare equipment and instruments for treatments.
- Prepare and administer medications or treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Educate patients on the proper use of medications.
- Alert the doctor to dangerous changes in patient's condition.

- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- RN, LPN or CNA (Required)
