Job description
Sandstone Healthcare Group is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Utah. As a Registered Nurse at our skilled nursing facility, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care to our residents and ensuring their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document resident progress and any changes in their condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Educate residents and their families about their health status, treatment plans and disease management
- Ensure that all nursing interventions are carried out in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Qualifications:
- Active Utah RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills
