Silver Foxes Senior Living & Rehabilitation, LLC, is a small skilled nursing facility located in McLeansboro, IL. We are under new ownership!

We are in search of a dynamic RN to join our awesome team! This is a very pleasant facility with welcoming staff that do work together as a team!

Currently Available:

• 1 Full Time (or 2 Part Time) Night Shift Positions (8 Hour Shift)

Wages offered:

Starting wage is based on experience as a nurse, with a range of $32.00/hr to $34.00/hr based on years. An additional $.10 will be added for each year of experience up to 20 years ($34.00/hr max)

This positional also currently offers a $7,000 sign on bonus which will be paid out over a two (2) year period.

Successful candidates will have excellent clinical and assessment skills, a great relationship with patients, and ability to work with and lead your team of CNA's.

Staff in all skilled nursing facilities are currently required to be Covid Vaccinated. We do consider medical and religious exemptions, but these are not preferred.
