Who we are:
Western Hills Retirement Village has a history of providing over 35 years of services to area seniors in Western Cincinnati. Our facility features Assisted Living, Independent Living, Long-Term care, Memory care, and a Rehabilitation wing.
RN Charge Nurse Qualifications & Requirements:
- Possess a current OH RN Registered Nurse License and be in good standing with the state of OH
- RN Graduate Nurses Welcome!
RN Charge Nurse Duties, Responsibilities, and Day-to-Day Functions:
- Responsible for providing total quality care to residents
- Maintaining efficient verbal and written communication
- Responsible for following facility policies and procedures
- Coordinating care delivery with Physicians and Physician Extenders
- Transcribing physician's phone, verbal, and fax orders. Completing documentation and preparing reports per facility, state, & federal regulations
- Working to provide our residents and families with the greatest respect and dignity in an effort to enhance the quality of their lives
- Supervising and coaching a team of Nurse Aides to ensure excellent care is provided to our residents
- Provide assessments, planning, implementing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care of rehabilitation and long-term care patients
- Administer Medications

Pay: Up to $36.00 per hour
