Home Care Registered Nurse - Per Diem- Rutland, VT:
- Options or flexible work schedules designed to maximize work/family life balance opportunities (children/school schedules, etc.)
As a Home Care RN, you'll be responsible for coordinating and providing high-quality, multidisciplinary skilled health services to patients in a home setting, in southwest Vermont.
Skilled services include high-tech patients, wound care, and other specialty care services. Training is available.
