This position offers a sign on bonus of $1,500. The 1sthalf of your sign-bonus will be issued after completing your new hire and training orientation. The 2nd half of the bonus will be issued after working six months at Alexander Youth Network.
Must be able to attend one week paid orientation from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
What you would do:
Alexander Youth Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for their RTC program in Guilford County.
Alexander Youth Network is seeking Registered Nurses in our Greensboro location. Availability for 1st, 2nd shifts, and weekends highly preferred. Our RN team provides 24/7 care to 16 bed inpatient service for children and adolescents that provides an alternative to hospitalization for youth presenting with escalated behavior due to a mental health, intellectual or development disability or substance use disorder who require treatment in a 24-hour residential facility. RTC is an intensive short term, medically supervised service provided in a physically secure setting. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, with an expected length of stay of five to seven days.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
N.C. Board of Nursing - Registered Nurse; Valid NC or SC Driver's License
