- Float to Elmer if needed...
- Will be first to float within skillset...
- No on call...
- Every other holiday...
- 2 years experience...
- BLS, ACLS, NIH stroke scale, Stroke CEUs, PCU or Critical Care course...
- Must have experience with Trach care, bariatrics, nocturnal vents, stroke care...
- Patient ratio 1:5 for SD/PCU; 1:6 if floated to acute care...

- Navy blue scrubs...
- Must be fully vaccinated to include COVID booster...
