1-Full time Day Shift w/ Benefits

2-PRN positions

Education:

Requires current nursing license from the Alabama Board of Nursing. Experience:

Requires at least three months but less than one year of work experience.

Complexity of Duties and Responsibilities:

Job activities are fairly complex and highly diversified but are structured within a predefined work routine. Involves the exercise of judgement in the analysis of facts or conditions regarding patient care or hospital problems to determine what action should be taken within the specifications of standard practice.

Supervisory Accountability:

Leads or guides the work of a group of employees. Answers questions on pre-described procedures for the group. Does not make hire/fire decisions.

Confidentiality:

Works with confidential data such as medical records, personnel data, costs individual wage and salary rates and other similar information which, if disclosed may result in internal problems and may be, in a limited sense, detrimental to hospital relationships.
