JOB SUMMARY:
This position is a highly skilled and responsible secretarial and records specialist position in the guidance/counseling office. This position typically works independently under the supervision of the Principal and Director of Guidance to assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate and current student academic records, to prepare related reports, and to confer with and provide others with pertinent information needed to carry out related tasks.
