Job description
Assists the licensed Therapy staff in implementing treatment programs, as established by the Licensed Therapist to help patients reach maximum functional levels and independence following injury or illness. Performs general equipment and department maintenance, housekeeping duties, clerical duties and duties as directed or required to insure the day-to-day operations of the department.
Preferred Education:
High School graduate or equivalent
Required Technical Skills:
Good interpersonal skills, basis organizational and time management skills. Basic knowledge and skills to care for the physical and development needs of the population age groups that will be receiving services. Basic computer skills.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Required Licensure/Registration/Certification:
CPR
Preferred Licensure/Registration/Certification:
Certification as nurses aide
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in a healthcare setting
