Job Description: The Relationship Banker delivers exceptional customer service while providing solutions and referral for bank products and services to new and existing customers.
Expectations:
  • Consistently executes appropriate behaviors to deliver exceptional customer service in the branch.
  • Conducts needs-based conversations and offers financial solutions to meet our customers’ needs
  • Makes quality referrals to appropriate partners.
  • Responsible for meeting individual performance metrics.
  • Responsible for delivering timely problem resolutions and sound decisions.
  • Proactive reaches out to customer to deepen relationships through needs-based conversations.
  • Performs a broad range of tasks of various complexity and scope.
  • Participates in opening and closing branch procedures.
  • Open accounts and related services.
  • Originates loan applications, prepares documents and conducts loan closings.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years related experience; experienced with 10-Key and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
