We have two permanent full-time positions (37.5 hours per week) for Relationship Business Partners available and we are open to a conversation about how you work these hours / patterns of work, as we want to empower individuals to bring their best to work and feel supported in both life and career ambitions.
This role is based at home with occasional travel to meet with partners and colleagues this could be in the East of England, London or the South West depending on your location (mileage can be claimed).
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Identifying and building positive relationships with customers and maintaining existing relationships with system partners including Primary Care Networks, Neighbourhood Teams, Health Care Partnerships, Voluntary organisations and Local Authorities
- Assisting with generating new business
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration and new service prospects
- Working with the Commercial Team to support bidding and business proposals
- Keeping abreast of all developments locally and nationally within the Health and Social Care landscape
- Ensuring HUC is professionally represented across our operating footprint
