responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the Reliability Laboratory
- Provide direction, guidance and support towards reliability improvement for direct and indirect reports.
- Manage allocation of functional resources to adhere to project schedules.
- Responsible for exerting influence on development projects to ensure product reliability is a key consideration in development.
- Identify opportunities for reliability improvement in current products and new products, and work within the product commercialization process to realize these improvements in successive generations of designs.
- Provide trend analysis on critical to reliability parameters.
- Develop and implement ongoing reliability monitoring methods to meet customer requirements for long life failure rates.
- Distribute product / process reliability performance reports to internal groups and customers
