The ExtraCare Charitable Trust are recruiting for a Bar Host to join our Relief Bank Staff at our New Oscott Retirement Village based in Birmingham, B23 5LD.
Are you a student who is looking for relief bank hours or are you looking to return to the workplace, have some evenings free and would like to add to our friendly hospitality team?
We are looking for a Bar Host with excellent organisation skills to provide a customer focused bar service and ensure a pleasant and inviting environment for our residents and external customers.
- Rate of pay: £9.90 per hour - Relief Bank Staff
- Shift Pattern: Lunch, evenings & weekend (7-day rolling rota).
What will you do as our Bar Host?
- Welcome all customers and provide a professional, helpful, and friendly service
- Assist in organsing bar entertainment and activities
- Involved in the training and coaching of volunteers and other staff
- Achieve and promote optimum sales and profits and minimal waste
- Carry out stock control procedures and ensure all stock takes are carried out correctly.
Our ideal Bar Host will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- provide support and training to our bar volunteers
- previous bar experience (desirable)
