Construction Company Seeking Skilled Tradespeople

Squared Away Construction, LLC, is currently hiring skilled and dependable tradespeople to join our team. We are a a remodeling contractor that specializes in providing interior remodeling and maintenance person services to residential and commercial clients. We are actively seeking talented individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service and workmanship on every job.

We are currently seeking individuals with experience in any of the following areas:

⁃ Carpentry

⁃ Painting

⁃ Flooring

⁃ Drywall

- Tile

⁃ Interior remodeling

⁃ Plumbing

⁃ Electrical

Responsibilities include:

⁃ Providing prompt and efficient repairs and maintenance services to clients

⁃ Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action

⁃ Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors

⁃ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

⁃ Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality workmanship

Qualifications include:

⁃ Experience in residential remodeling. Work history must indicate experience!

⁃ Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

⁃ Excellent communication and customer service skills

⁃ Ability to work independently or as part of a team

⁃ Willingness and motivation to learn

⁃ Must have transportation with valid license and insurance

⁃ Owning basic set of hand tools

⁃ Knowledge of using basic hand tools

⁃ 18 years of age or older

Contracted jobs are located in:

⁃ Howard County

⁃ Carroll County

⁃ Anne Arundel County

⁃ Frederick County

⁃ Baltimore County

⁃ Baltimore City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
