Looking for a remote Travel Coordinator for one of the fastest growing travel agencies in the United States. As a Remote Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the timely and accurate bookings of domestic and international travel.You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service and ensure that all travel needs for the clients are met.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills. A good understanding of the different travel systems and procedures, as well as a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities Include:
- Take incoming calls and emails from clients to discuss travel plans, book flights, and provide travel advice
- Work with suppliers to ensure that best fares are secured and travel experiences are great
- Keep up-to-date with domestic and international travel trends and technologies
- Use computer systems to create detailed travel itineraries and provide timely bookings
- Utilize integrated services to optimize travel arrangements
- Monitor the pricing and availability of flights and other travel services
- Manage changes requested by clients and update the necessary details
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide quality customer service
- Maintain a positive rapport with clients, suppliers and colleagues
- Passion for travel and customer service
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Must reside in the United States and be 18 years of age
