The Rental Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that we have the tools, ready for delivery based on the customer’s needs. They will ensure the motor rental reports are in accordance with company policy.
Detailed Description:
- Works along with Sales and Directional Ops to sell tool rental jobs to customers.
- Communicate with the customers that are requesting rental motors/tools
- Prepare job equipment lists and ensure equipment are directed to the job site as per customer schedule.
- Work with various support groups to ensure all pre-well requests have been completed and tools are ready for delivery.
- Monitor rental tool activities/daily performance and otherwise as needed and communicates internally as required .
- Coordinates and communicates with appropriate staff for the troubleshooting and correction of well site problems.
- Site visit customers on a regular basis to maintain accurate and detailed inventory records.
- Complete all updates in Innova and other systems and daily reporting as required
- Works with Customer after job completion to schedule pick up of motors for delivery back to shop and direct such information to the appropriate parties to close out the job file.
- Create and r eview the field service tickets to ensure Rentals and related charges are accurate and consistent with the pricing agreement for the job and provides to Finance for billing.
- Supports and collaborates with other departments within the organization.
- Interact with customers as needed and required.
- Complete other assignments associated with MS Directional business as directed.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in coordinating and oversight of Rental Tool Field Operations.
- Strong computer skills.
- Must be self-motivated, with the ability to oversee others and influence decisions, capable of identifying problems and recommending alternative solutions.
- Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative, make decisions and drive for results. Must demonstrate a high level of professional integrity and demeanor.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and written report preparation.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively engage with cross functional teams in effort to improve overall company performance.
- Complete other assignments as instructed.
- Frequent travel to districts, customer offices, job sites, and potential vendor facilities.
- Observe all company safety precautions and procedures as they pertain to various environments you or your staff may be exposed to.
M inimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five years stable related work history with downhole motor tool experience.
- Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license and be eligible to drive Company vehicle including ability to meet requirements of Company’s Vehicle Use Agreement and Driving Policy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Engineering or other related field
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.)
Additional Details:
Work is primarily in a climate-controlled / office environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. You are regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional light lifting, bending and stooping.
