Rental Service Agent
Immediately hiring! We are seeking someone responsible and energetic to join us at Manon Car
Rental, LLC., with Avis Budget Group. You'll be appreciated and a valued addition to our team.
About the Role:
The Rental Sales Agent is the face of our brand! In this position you will interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening
- Review in detail Avis Budget Group’s various add-ons and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
- Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
- Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
- Answer customer questions and inquiries
- Prepare the interior and exterior of our vehicles which include: cleaning, washing and vacuuming
What we’re looking for:
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license
- This is a part-time position and requires availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information

Sunday 8AM-5PM
Monday 12PM-5PM
Tuesday 12PM-5PM
Wednesday 12PM-5PM
Thursday OFF
Friday OFF
Saturday 9AM-12PM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only
