The Farm at Natchez Trace is a luxury pet resort near the Bellevue/Fairview area. We are now hiring for a part-time Reservations Specialist. The position is 3 days per week - Saturday, plus 2 other days of your choice. It's your choice of a 6 or 8 hour shift between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.

What you will do:

• Build lasting relationships with customers via phone, email and texts
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and texts involving appointments/reservations and general information. Ensure all questions are answered and needs are met
• Enter reservations and information into software program
• Educate customers on the most appropriate package options best suited for their pet
• Promote and sell appropriate services such as grooming, daycare, lodging, training, products offered through our THR!VE Healthy Pet Market
• Know the health of each guest and coordinate with our THR!VE manager to offer nutrition consultation
• Update records/files via our software program

Skills/Abilities Needed:

• A customer focused mindset; building lasting relationships
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Knowledgeable about dog and cat breeds and common health issues
• Positive and enthusiastic
• Enjoy working independently, as the majority of this position is working at a desk, on the phone and computer. You must be a self-starter/self-motivated
• Excellent time management skills, problem solving and attention to details
• Enjoy educating, promoting and up-selling products and services
• Proficient with Outlook and Word; basic functions in Excel, and comfortable learning a new software system
