Job description

Position requires applicant to assist residents in the activities of daily living. These include but are not limited to bathing, undressing, grooming, oral care, stand and pivot, walking assist and incontinence care.

Position requires individual to learn how to handle stressful situations, and to maintain superior customer relationships, while handling multiple tasks. Polite disposition and positive attitude required with all indivuals.

Position requires induividual to learn quickly how to perform new tasks and to retain an complete instructions with little supervisory follow-up. Must be a problem solver; must have ability to organize and be inventive when necessary. Should not look to others to resolve difficult situations.

Position requires individual to be a team player. Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively. Must be able to assist facility to communicate a positive message to residents, families, and a community. Must maintain professional appearance at all times.
