2. * Job Description*

Our established healthcare facility is in search of an experienced and compassionate. Resident Care Staff (RCS) who understands the importance of meeting the needs of clients while helping them maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for a committed individual who has impeccable communication skills and is able to problem solve on the spot. Our RCS have a reputation for being cheerful and receptive as they administer care to our clients, and we are seeking someone who would be a great fit with our team.

Employer will provide all PAID training. Flexible scheduling with bonuses and raises depending on performance. Generous benefit package. Every other weekend is required.

This position will be at Cumberland Heights in Rhinelander, a residential unit serving residents with Dementia and daily living skills.

3. * Roles and Responsibilities*

Assisting with activities of daily living (turning and positioning, toileting, bathing and grooming, feeding, and mobility)

Complete appropriate charting and documentation

Assistance with medication management and administration

Monitor and assure the safety of residents

Document and report client’s daily status

5. * Compensation*

Hourly pay depends on experience. Potential for a full time position.
