Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Resident Mentor empowers residents at Thistle House to work towards greater independence through relationship building and personalized support. The Resident Mentor provides instruction and support around all areas of daily living and individualized goals. The Resident Mentor understands and assists in meeting the mission and service goals of Thistle House and works within the limitations of the Agency’s resources and performs all duties in compliance with agency standards. We are currently looking for full time employees who are able to work a 1pm to 9pm shift including one weekend shift ( Saturday or Sunday).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
