This Full-Time Position is for a Resident Assistant with an Assisted Living Facility located in Jackson, MS.

Duties and Responsibilities: Provide direct personal care and supervision to the residents; assist with activities of daily living; monitor resident activities, food intake, functional status, and psychosocial status; May include: Assure that the residents nutritional needs are met; Assure compliance with emergency procedure requirements; Assure program is kept clean; Assist residents in all areas of personal hygiene as needed; Administer and handle medication according to policy and regulation; Document all behavior programs and tracking forms and other duties as assigned by the Director.

Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Valid drivers license; 6 months work experience; Must have a two-step TB Skin Test and a COVID-19 vaccination; Ability to pass background check.

Hours are Monday - Friday , 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, some weekends required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
