TITLE: RESIDENTIAL BRIDGE LOAN ORIGINATOR
JOB OVERVIEW:
AAMC – ALG is looking for highly motivated & self-driven Residential Bridge Loan Originators. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as meaningful connections with our customers. The role of the Residential Bridge Loan Originator will learn all aspects of our business and culture and use that knowledge to provide our customers the best loan products and financial services to meet their individual needs. Live leads will be provided every day that will require great follow-up skills. The right candidate will promote and provide business development, origination of loans, relationship management with customers and clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Originate investment property loans including Bridge and DSCR.
- Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries quickly; understand customers' needs and provide guidance and information on the best product solutions.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and processing.
- Provide status updates to management as requested.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional consultative selling skills.
- Highly self-motivated and results driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with great listening, follow-up and follow through capabilities.
- Must be a people person who can easily develop good relationships with customers.
- Strong organization and time management abilities.
- Sales experience in Real Estate and loan originations preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
