Seven Hills Foundation is hiring Direct Care Workers, Residential Counselors & Residential Managers for all shifts. These Direct Support Professionals will:
· Be comfortable taking the initiative
· Make use of best practices & strategies for success for the benefit of all residents
· Engage & interact w/residents
· Facilitate outings & activities to help residents enjoy their favorite parts of life including:
· Enjoying the great outdoors
· Arts & Crafts
· GET PAID FOR ALL THIS & MORE!
$18.50/HR for Cape Cod area.
Examples of full-time schedules:
*Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 9pm-9am = (36hrs)
*Thursday & Friday 3p-9p, Saturday 9a-9p, Sunday 3p-9p, Monday 3p-9p, (36hrs)
*Saturday-Wednesday 3p-11p = (40hrs)
* Many other possibilities for 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day workweeks!
Examples of part-time schedules:
*Friday 3p-11p, Saturday 9a-3p, Sunday 5p-11p (20hrs)
*Sunday10a-2p, Monday 9a-2p, Wednesday - Friday 8a-2p = 27/hrs.
*Thursday & Friday 9pm-9am = 24/hrs
* Many other possibilities for 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day workweeks!
Support Advocates are provided a paid 5-day New Employee Orientation and receive training on CPR/First Aid, Safety Care, Defensive Driving, and Medication Administration Program (MAP). They also receive program-specific training at the worksite.
