We have partnered with the most reputable newly public residential builders in the nation, looking to find THE perfect Customer Care Manager to join their team and impact their new division in Austin/New Braunfels.
This individual will spearhead the warranty work of whole community projects. As a smaller organization, this position comes with high autonomy and the ability to have SERIOUS impact on the business as they grow this new division.
On top of this, compensation is VERY competitive, paired with excellent benefits and much more.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with colleagues in the field
- Learn the building standards from the ground up and play a key role in upholding the companies commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the “finishing touches” on homes, striving for excellence with every delivery
- Regular interaction with customers, addressing service and warranty issues with a strong focus on customer service and clear communication
- Coordination with various trade partners and team members on the job
Must-Haves:
- Outstanding finishing skills in a variety of trades with strong attention to detail
- A team-player mentality
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Superior customer service skills: a “people person”
- A proactive and energetic approach to the role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
