Looking for a dependable, experienced residential plumber to do service work. Needs communication skills with a practical mind set, able to work efficiently with great attention to detail. Must have valid drivers license and at least 3 years experience. We service Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Residential Plumber Responsibilities

• Understand the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
• Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
• Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains
• Repair or replace fixtures
• Install water heaters
• Install toilets

Residential Plumber Skills

• Proven experience as a plumber with confidence of completing a task
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential homes
• Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly with a great deal of patience
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
• Please note we are located in Mint Hill, NC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
