This is a high-level Designated Coordinator role with additional experience requirements. Please ensure you meet the qualifications before submitting your resume for review.
Your Role:
As one of two dedicated supervisors onsite, you'll be responsible for overseeing, supporting, and evaluating the delivery of services for our CRS and Crisis Respite Programs. You'll ensure top-quality service and compliance with state regulations while guiding program teams in developing and implementing customized plans to help clients achieve their goals.
Compensation: $25 to $29 per hour (based on qualifications) + up to a $1,250 bonus every quarter

Are you an ideal candidate??
As a people-focused leader, you bring valuable experience supporting individuals with higher levels of interfering behaviors. With a background in supervising Behavior Techs, you possess at least three (3) years of supervisory and personnel management experience in human services. You meet the Designated Manager qualifications in accordance with 245D requirements, which include:
- A baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services and one (1) year of full-time experience providing direct care to individuals with disabilities aged 18 or older; OR one of the following options:
- An associate degree in a field related to human services or public relations and two (2) years of full-time experience providing direct care to individuals with disabilities aged 18 or older;
- A diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three (3) years of full-time experience providing direct care to individuals with disabilities aged 18 or older;
- A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four (4) years of full-time experience providing direct care to individuals with disabilities aged 18 or older under the supervision of a person who meets any of the qualifications above.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory / leadership experience in a social service organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with 245D licensing requirements
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and apply new skills and approaches
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of car insurance for work purposes
- Ability to pass a background check with the Department of Health and Human Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with 245D.07 and 245D.071 Service Planning and Delivery
- Supervise program and staff
- Coordinate client services and program development
