We are recruiting for a Resilience Officer to join our Protection and Resilience team.

The role of the Resilience Officer is to ensure continuity of service to our customers, look after our employees and protect our business. Understanding how we do business, a thirst for research and searching for the answers are key to this position.
As a Protection and Resilience team, we:

Prepare- we'll be ready. We constantly evolve our response plans with our business representatives, equipping you with the tools to manage an event in the most effective way
Protect- everyday we look at ways we can better prevent our customers from intolerable harm. We consider how we can limit the damage of an event and ensure our teams are supported along the way.

The
Resilience Officer role isupports the Allianz UK business to ensure that we have a leading approach to Business Continuity Management. This position will be required to manage, embed and mature Allianz UK's Resilience Programme.

Skills & Experience:
- Ensure action plans are agreed with business owners, appropriately documented and carried forward.
- Previous experience working in Business Continuity, Incident or Crisis management is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in Stakeholder management and influencing is essential.
- Experience in balancing multiple tasks, owning and driving initiatives is required.
- Ability to drive awareness of resilience topics across the organisation
- Self-motivated and achievement orientated, with the confidence and ability to influence others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with all stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy without losing the broader view.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
- A willingness to make decisions and be accountable.
- Be able to demonstrate a flexible and innovative way of working.
- Demonstrates excellent team working skills, supporting other team members.
- Commercially astute, tenacious, able to challenge when appropriate

- Numeracy skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data

- Experience of planning and facilitating workshops small and medium-complexity
This role is based out our Guildford Office, hybrid working, with the expectation of being in the office at least once a week.
