This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging guest, preparing food, maintaining product knowledge to include retail outlet. Restocking inventory and daily cleaning of retail outlets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

• Restocking and cleaning of retail outlets.
• Greets and assist guests with cash, room and credit card transactions.
• Performs food-handling and service duties.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Cash-handling experience preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• ServSafe/TIPs certification required, and company training provided

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to learn how to operate a cash register and perform proper cash handling processes.
• Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries.
• Must display comprehensive menu knowledge.
• Must be able to clearly speak, write and understand the English language.
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work in a high volume, high demand work environment
