Role: Resourcing Partner – Head Office functions
Duration: Permanent
Location: we have a fantastic hybrid working environment, you’ll need to be in the office at least 2 days per week but the rest of your week can be flexible to what works best for you and your role

As a Resourcing Partner you will be working with Support Centre functions, including HR, Procurement & Supply Chain and Property. You’ll manage the end-to-end process, ensuring our managers hire the best person for the role at pace, with a particular focus on inclusive hiring processes. And, that every candidate that engages with us has a great experience, whether they get the job or not.

Inside the role:

  • You will be managing the end to end hiring process for permanent and contract roles within our support centre.
  • Build relationships and partner with hiring managers to understand technical and behavioural hiring needs.
  • Source, attract and hire passive talent.
  • Execute effective engagement, screening, and closing approaches that deliver a diverse pipeline of candidates and provide an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Possess strong ability to screen, assess, interview, and prep high calibre candidates within an appropriate and consistent timeframe.
  • Generate and recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment, that will contribute to the enhancement of inclusive hiring processes, to deliver the most diverse talent possible and ensuring that every applicant feels like they have been treated with respect and authenticity.

  • Ideally, you’ll have recruitment experience within head office functions, this could be within an agency or internal role.
  • Building strong and meaningful relationships with hiring managers will be something you are great at and enjoy.
  • In a competitive market we’d like you to be confident when proactively sourcing the best talent in the market, we’ll provide all the tools you need to engage with active and passive candidates.
  • You’ll thrive in a busy environment; we hire a lot of roles each year and keeping all processes moving at pace needs great organisation and communication skills.
  • Experience of using data to influence hiring processes and decisions.
  • Always thinking about how we can be a more inclusive environment, you will be confident in coaching around bias and challenging thinking that may constrain our ability to increase diversity.
