Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate Shift Leaders and Team Members to ensure that all restaurant positions are performed properly and that our high standards for quality, service, teamwork, food safety and cleanliness are met Nurture a passion for the culture and our 14 Zoup!isms operating principles, including Reach Out, Everything Matters, Find Ways to Say "Yes" Always Better and Have Fun, Be Proud Implement all Zoup! programs and procedures to control costs and drive sales
