The Local Cantina legacy began in Grandview, Ohio in 2012 with an idea, a dedicated staff, and a lot of hard work. Restaurant Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Setup and maintain preparation of food in various cooking stations in accordance with all quality standards of control and food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Setup and maintain smallware and dish sanitation throughout service, in accordance with all quality standards of control and food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of stock and storage rooms and items.
• Maintain high standards of quality in food production and follow all recipes and specification sheets for plate ups of food items.
• Communicate with fellow team members during service on needs for guest items and ensure that all items leave the kitchen in a timely and efficient manner.

Restaurant Line Cook Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods of time.
