At Ms. Ruby's Peach Cobbler Cafe managers are responsible for making sure their store is operating efficiently, and to guarantee superior leadership skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and overseeing employees to ensure goals are being met in all aspects of the store especially sales goals. In addition to that managers are required to provide all guests with outstanding customer service and exceed company expectations. All incoming managers, assistant general managers, and general managers will receive training and guidance to set you up for success!

Expectations:

Employees must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time and also be able to comfortably stand in areas that are often hot, for example near fryers, ovens, stoves, and steam tables. Managers must ensure that all recipes are being cooked accordingly and in a timely manner without losing quality. They also must be able to communicate respectfully and effectively to both employees and customers. Organization skills and paying attention to detail is a skill we require all of our managers to possess. Our ideal manager/asst. general manager/ general manager has great problem solving skills, the ability to adjust to different environments and changes, and someone who can be a positive leader and roll model.

About Us:

Ms. Ruby's Peach Cobbler Cafe is a restaurant serving traditional soul food recipes and was founded in the year 2017. Ms. Ruby's Chicago based soul recipes have been satisfying people since the 1960's. Her passion for soul food and putting smiles on faces has prompted her to open her first location right on Peachtree Road in Atlanta, GA. The success from that location has led to 3 more restaurants throughout the state of Georgia and many more to come. As we rapidly expand, we look forward to bringing quality soul recipes to areas in all fifty states and to soon introduce franchising worldwide. Our mission is to provide stellar service and fulfill all of our customers cravings!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
