We are looking for an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that we provide the highest quality of service to our customers.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a passion for creating a fun, inviting atmosphere for our guests. You should also have a strong work ethic and be able to manage a team of employees effectively.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a fun and inviting atmosphere for guests, while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

• Foster a positive and friendly working environment for staff

• Ensuring that the restaurant is following health and safety regulations and that all staff are adhering to food safety guidelines.

• Developing and implementing effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Analyzing financial data to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and profitably.

• Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profits

• Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering and pricing of food and beverage items

• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations

• Manage budget and monitor financial performance of the restaurant

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role

• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills

• A good understanding of customer service and hospitality principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of financial principles and practices and softwares

• BS/BA in hospitality management, business administration or relevant field is preferred
