Our team has completed thousands of remodels all around the Treasure Valley that has helped us become the Treasure Valley’s Premier Rebuild and Remodel Company. We are continuing to grow rapidly and are looking for people who are up to the task to join our highly dedicated team!
Job Brief
You can expect to work in our Nampa office with all the technology tools provided to be able to complete the tasks at hand. We provide training to equip you with the knowledge of the workflow of the remodeling projects and prepare you to take on roughly 10-12 estimates per week on your own. On a daily basis you can expect to be taking and making roughly 15-20 phone calls a day to clients, insurance adjusters and other project managers. We would rely on your ability to be confident, hardworking, honest, and of course to have fun!

Compensation
Salary:
$50,000-$70,000/year + Bonuses (Based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities
- Assess photos and scope of work provided by the project managers to determine cost of the projects based on damage from water/fire loss.
- Create accurate estimates for projects based off of information provided by the project managers and be able to recognize and insert missing information.
- Communicate necessary repairs and cost with the insurance adjusters to determine final settlements and reach an agreed cost of repairs.
- Consistently follow up with both clients and adjusters to provide any updates and further documentation as needed.
- Promptly respond to emails and phone calls corresponding to your estimates.
- Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
- Assist project managers with change orders, credits, supplements and any changes regarding the estimates for their projects.
Position Requirements
- Xactimate computer program experience (preferred)
- Experience with Excel, Word, Xactimate (preferred)
- Effective written and oral communication in the form of emails and phone calls with clients, insurance adjusters and project managers.
- Basic math skills
- Experience in cleaning/restoration (preferred)
- High school diploma/GED
- Be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
