Casa Havana Cigar Lounge is a small business in Monroe, CT. We are customer-centric, social, and appreciate all of our members and guests as if they are family. Our goal is to hire a personable employee that will treat the lounge and cigar shop as if it were theirs. .

As a Retail Associate for Casa Havana your job will be to ensure a pleasant customer experience for members and non members. You will be tasked with daily upkeep of the store and lounge areas. You will need to interact with customers by showing and educating them on the cigars on hand, and the space itself. During quiet times, we expect the Retail Associate to keep the space fully stocked and clean.

Please note, this is a Cigar Shop & Lounge, there will be smoke in the workplace. If you are allergic, or have an issue, please do not apply.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
