- Employee of the month
Responsibilities:
- Fully understand and support Xanterra Mission Statement and Core Values.
- The Retail Sales Lead shall have the same duties and responsibilities as the Retail Sales Clerk, along with the following additional duties and responsibilities.
- Carry out the assignments given by the store manager and see that clerks carry out assigned duties.
- Assist store management in the training of new sales clerks and keep store management informed of training progress.
- Help with processing store paperwork and receive product as directed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as directed, including assisting clerks with deposits and drops.
- Maintain security at all times in the store.
- As directed ensure housekeeping is being attended to in the store, as well as stocking, folding and display maintenance.
- Emphasize customer service at all times to clerks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous Xanterra Parks & Resorts® retail experience
- Ability to carry out assignments on time and as directed.
- Good communication skills with the willingness to interact with a broad cross-section of customers.
