At Mattress Home (former Half Price Mattress) of Sarasota we are seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate! We are looking for an individual with the confidence to close sales by providing excellent service and value to our clients!
You will be expected to lead and engage our customers through the mattress selection and buying process. A high level of customer experience, along with great communication and interpersonal skills is required to be successful in this role! If you have past retail or mattress/furniture related sales experience and are motivated by an uncapped commission + base salary opportunity, then this is a great position for you. Our Sales Team Members make an average of $3,000 to $5,000 Month.

Store Hours: Monday to Saturday 9:30am-7:00pm, Sunday 11:00-4:00pm. Must be able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Computer experience, including Excel and Word. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail, reliability, punctuality and adaptability. Ability to lift up to 150 pounds. Reliable transportation. Able to speak SPANISH a PLUS
