Paradise Hemp Company is hiring retail associates to help continue educating the public on the benefits of hemp and what differences it could make in their lives. We pride ourselves in being the most educated Hemp Dispensary in the State of Tennessee. We need team members who share our passion for cannabis, want to help people find solutions to their issues, and have a positive and customer centric attitude. Overall responsibilities are as follows:

• Facilitating customer inquiries with education and knowledge of our products, their uses, and benefits.
• Operating Point of Sale and Loyalty systems
• Engaging customers while using Customer Service Skills to have the best quality of service
• Opening/Closing tasks such as cleaning, cash counting, deposits, restocking

Previous history with Hemp/CBD is not required but strongly encouraged. All employees will be provided with training materials to familiarize themselves with the plant and Cannabinoids.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
